Payment Information:
It's easy and convenient to shop EnvyChic.com. Simply charge your purchase,submit your payment with PayPal or send a money order.We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa. If you have a question about credit card charges relating to your order such as: refunds, double charges, etc., you may email our Customer Service Department at admin@envychic.com
Our representatives will gladly answer any questions or help solve any problems. We strongly advise you to add delivery confirmation if sending money orders. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. You may send cash but we do not recommend doing so. Orders with insufficient funds will be cancelled immediately.
Taxes:
Florida residents pay 6.5%.
International Orders:
International orders are accepted. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Expedited shipping for international orders is not available at this time.
Backorders:
If an item is out of stock we will send you an email notifying you that your item is on backorder. Backordered items are shipped out once they arrive back in stock at no additional cost to you. Items are updated on a weekly bases so it may be possible for an item to be out of stock even if it is on the site; however, 90% of our items are ready to be shipped out with in 24-48 hours with the exception of international orders which takes one week to process. Shipping & Handling:
All orders are processed with in 24-48 hours and shipped according to availability. We currently ship with USPS, UPS, and Fedex depending on the item purchased. Items shipped are based on weight , amount and location. Shipping starts at $7.95 and increases with weight, amount, and area of destination. If you would like for your items to be delivered via 2nd Day or 3rd Day Delivery, please specify in your order comments during checkout. You will initially be charged for ground shipping and we will charge your card for the remainder amount once we receive your request. If you would like a quote for expedited shipping you must contact us beforehand or ask us to contact you in your order comments before we charge your card for the expedited shipping. Otherwise your card will be charged for the type of shipping you request. Tracking numbers are sent via email. Please make sure your email address is correct before submitting your order.
We encourage you to compare our rates with any other store. We ship directly from our manufacturers so your items will not have been handled by multiple handlers. Other online stores ship items taken from store racks that other customers try on frequently. Not us! All of our items are 100% untouched, unused, and sanitary which will arrive at your doorstep untouched from our manufacturer. For more information click here.
Invoices:
Since we have an overwhelming amount of requests to not send packages with invoices due to gift reasons, we have now added an option to the checkout process where customers can choose where their invoices will be sent. All invoices will be sent in a seperate envelope via first class mail. Customers will receive an invoice on thier order confirmation page which can be printed. Customers will also receive an invoice via email. It is important that customers ensure their email is correct. Canceling Orders:
You may cancel your order for a full refund if your item has not been processed. However if you decide to cancel your order after item has been processed you are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders usually begin processing within 24 hours after order has been placed.
Exchanges:
If you decide to exchange your item(s), we suggest you order the new items you want first and send your original order back to us and we will then credit your account once merchandise is received. If you would like to exchange your item(s) please email returns@envychic.com in order to receive an RAN. Once you receive your RAN you may then ship the items back to the address we provide once you contact us. Please provide a brief explanation as to why you are exchanging your item(s). Worn or stained clothing will NOT be accepted. Customer will be responsible to have item shipped back to them. All exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns:
We at Envychic.com strive to provide you (our customer) with as much detailed information as possible in order for you to feel completely comfortable with your online shopping experience. Our goal is to make sure your shopping experience with us is safe, convenient, and 100% hassle free. Howevever, if a situation arises where you feel you have either received an item that arrived damaged, or received the wrong item, you are entitled to send the originally purchased item back to us in order to receive the same style/size item. If you simply want to return your item for a refund please read "Refunds" below. If you decide to return your item you will need to contact returns@envychic.com with in 72 hours after item has arrived at your location with a brief explanation as to why you are returning your item in order to receive an RAN (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted if notice is not received with in 72 hours. For this reason, it is important that you provide accurate delivery information for a location where someone will be available to receive the package.
Any package sent to us without an RAN on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the sender. Please be aware that RANs expire 2 weeks after the date of issue. Your return/exchange package must be postmarked before the RAN expires or eligibility for return/exchange will be forfeited and the package will be marked return to sender and sent back to you. Worn or stained clothing will NOT be accepted. Customer will be responsible to have item shipped back to them.
Refunds:
Our goal here at Envychic.com is to provide you (our customer) with a safe, convenient, and 100% hassle free shopping experience. We will work with you to make sure you have a pleasent and convenient shopping experience and are completely satisfied with the items being purchased. With that being said you are more then welcome to return your item back to us for a refund of your originally purchased item's price less shipping and handling fees. Please contact returns@envychic.com with in 72 hours after item has arrived at your location with a brief explanation as to why you are requesting a refund for your item in order to receive an RAN (return authorization number). No returns will be accepted if notice is not received with in 72 hours. Circumstances for Returns/Refunds:
Due to the seasonal nature of some items, we are unable to refund or exchange Holiday Garments and Costumes. Any Costume purchase made during the month of October is not eligible for return or exchange unless you have received the wrong item/size/color or a damaged item. Any holiday specific items, such as Santa Suits and Holiday Expressions, are not eligible for return or exchange.
All labels and/or descriptive tags must remain attached to the item(s) in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Any item that has had the labels and/or descriptive tags removed will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Due to U.S. Health Code Regulations, items including but not limited to lingerie, underwear, and swimwear are unable to be returned or exchanged for any reason. We cannot resell these items once they have been returned; however, we do offer our customers a gift certificate to compensate for their inconvenience.
Please be sure to wear footwear only on carpeting until you are sure they fit. Any footwear returned to us with obvious signs of wear are not eligible for refund or exchange and will be sent back to you at your expense.
We are unable to refund or exchange clearance, sale or closeout merchandise under any circumstances.

Damaged in Shipment:
