Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR AND SALE MERCHANDISE. ARE NOT VALID TOWARDS SALE MERCHANDISE.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Damage or omission of any items will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. This includes printed boxes. We must be made aware of the return via email within 15 days after your item is delivered before the item is sent to us. Returns and Exchange packages must be postmarked within 10 days from the date your RAN was issued to you. There are currently no exceptions for this policy. Any package postmarked after the 10 day period will be considered an unauthorized return and will be immediately shipped back to you at your own expense. Your credit card on file will be charged. If you are wanting a different size, color, or a different item all together, you must first purchase the new item and ship the return back to us so that we may issue you a refund. This way you do not have to wait until we receive the item before getting your replacement.
EnvyChic.com does not refund shipping and handling charges. All open item returns are subject to a 5%-10% restocking fee to cover repackaging materials. Buy-Back Program
If you have gone past your return eligibility date, we may still be able to help with our buy-back program. The way this works is, we buy back certain items from customers that are not worn, washed, stained, or contain any food, pet, smoke, or fabric spray odor after the 25 day return period up to the 35 day mark. This gives customers additional time to send back items that they do not intend to wear. We pay customers 60% of the item's cost at the time of purchase. If you are interested in participating, simply send us an email within 15-35 days after the day your item has been delivered and we will reply with an RAN if your item qualifies.
**Swimwear, lingerie, underwear, clearence, and sale items do not qualify for the buy-back program. Any item sent to us that does not meet any of the above criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Please include a printed copy of your sales receipt. We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please note: International exchanges will be required to pay the total cost of shipping for the new merchandise. Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. If you paid via Paypal, your Paypal account will be refunded. We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange. |
