Due to the holidays, we will be closed December 24 to January 1. Orders will resume processing December 28 for expedited orders.

Discrete Shipping
Your secret is why were are here! Leave it to us to ship your order in a discrete plain Grey bag or cardboard box. We always try to correctly match the size of your box to the size of your order. Nothing but your item will be included in your package. All invoices can be printed directly from your account and after each order is completely processed. Please be sure to recycle all your packing materials and help us keep a greener place to live.

Guidelines
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Restrictions
UPS shipping is only offered to the 48 Continental States. We reserve the right to ship items via US Postal at any time. We may ship to PO BOXES and APO/FPO addresses via US Postal if it is offered to you during checkout. If only ground is offered during checkout, your shipping address must be a physical address. Please call an Envychic.com representative if you have any questions. You may also leave a a comment in the field provided during checkout if you have any special requests or need your item for a specific date. |

Domestic Shipping Methods
Domestic shipping is based on the flat rate table during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for refusal of packages. Lost or Damaged Packages
If for any reason your package is lost or damaged, please call the carrier and submit a claim or open a case. You may then email us the claim or case number so that we may document it and begin to work on the issue.
International Shipping Methods
International shipping are based on the flat rate table during checkout. We ship our international orders via the US Postal Service. International orders take 4-5 days just to process. Orders are then shipped out USPS Express Delivery. Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for the following: delays due to customs inspections, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or refusal of packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be responsible for any additional costs. The original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
